Refund Policy

At Sky-Basket, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Certain products such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products may not be eligible for returns.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@sky-basket.com.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time, please check with your bank or payment provider.
