1. Returns

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain products such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products may not be eligible for returns.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
3. Exchanges
